RFP STEELCASE SALES / DESIGN
Created while working on-site at Steelcase for the Toronto firm FUSIONcreative (purchased later by Watt). These RFP responses were worth millions of dollars in new revenue and focused on the brand of the Steelcase customer, their product preference, and their future office space.
R.W. Johnson RFP
A pharmaceutical research institute was looking for an flexible space solution for their latest building. The R.W. Johnson facilities is a unique one with a southwest style. This executive summary reflects that style with a pharmaceutical visual.
This fun idea came from the understanding that Kohler was all about water. After researching the web, I discovered a water filled CD case. Simply pulling out the inside pages created a great cover and shape for this executive summary. They were impressed and Steelcase won the bid - as all of these examples did.
This book within a book concept became a great way to divide executive summaries into easy to navigate sections with a mini book in each section.
Consumers Energy wanted to see three levels of furniture flexibility and cost for their new headquarters. The sales strategy was Skip, Jump, Leap. Because Steelcase was recommending the most flexible solution, Leap, I used a frog visual in this carefully crafted book displaying layouts with vellum layovers highlighting the products.
